Job Summary
Job Qualifications
- Position may be full-time, part-time, or reduced hours
- Manage high volume and high-velocity leases in a timely and professional manner
- Draft office and retail lease agreements
- Draft ancillary leasing documents, including early termination agreements, waivers, subordination agreements, and estoppels
Job Qualifications
- 5+ years of sophisticated office and retail leasing experience required
- Comprehensive understanding of ancillary leasing documents
- Lab and flex building leasing experience a plus
- J.D. from an ABA Accredited Law School
- Member in good standing of the Massachusetts Bar
- Excellent writing, interpersonal, and analytical skills
- Strong team member who can handle a fast-paced environment
- Ability to manage matters independently and proactively
