Job Details

Job Summary
  • Position may be full-time, part-time, or reduced hours
  • Manage high volume and high-velocity leases in a timely and professional manner
  • Draft office and retail lease agreements
  • Draft ancillary leasing documents, including early termination agreements, waivers, subordination agreements, and estoppels

Job Qualifications
  • 5+ years of sophisticated office and retail leasing experience required
  • Comprehensive understanding of ancillary leasing documents
  • Lab and flex building leasing experience a plus
  • J.D. from an ABA Accredited Law School
  • Member in good standing of the Massachusetts Bar
  • Excellent writing, interpersonal, and analytical skills
  • Strong team member who can handle a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to manage matters independently and proactively
