We are seeking a dynamic, driven, and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Permanent Commercial Lines Account Executive. Responsibilities:

As a Commercial Lines Account Executive, your responsibilities will include:

1. Managing a diverse portfolio of commercial lines insurance accounts, nurturing client relationships, and ensuring client satisfaction.
2. Developing comprehensive and competitive insurance proposals that meet our clients' unique needs.
3. Utilizing your expertise in risk management to advise clients on insurance coverage options and risk mitigation strategies.
4. Collaborating with team members to develop and implement strategies for account retention and growth.
5. Keeping abreast of industry trends, regulatory changes, and advancements in insurance products and technology.
6. Maintaining accurate and up-to-date client records in our database.
7. Participating in ongoing professional development opportunities to continually enhance your industry knowledge and skills.

Qualifications:

The ideal candidate for the Commercial Lines Account Executive position will have:

1. A minimum of 7-10 years of experience in commercial lines insurance, with a strong track record in account management.
2. A Property & Casualty license.
3. Professional designations such as CPCU (Chartered Property Casualty Underwriter) and CIC (Certified Insurance Counselor) are highly desirable.
4. Demonstrated expertise in developing and presenting insurance proposals.
5. Strong knowledge of risk management principles and practices.
6. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and team members.
7. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make sound decisions based on detailed analysis.
8. Proficiency in using technology, including insurance software and Microsoft Office Suite.
9. A commitment to providing exceptional service to our clients and contributing to a positive team environment.
10. The ability to work effectively in a hybrid remote work environment, with the discipline and self-motivation to work independently while also collaborating with team members.
