Job Details

Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Commercial Lines Executive to lead and grow a diverse book of business. This role is ideal for a strategic thinker with a strong background in commercial insurance, client relationship management, and team collaboration.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage and grow a portfolio of commercial insurance accounts, ensuring high levels of client satisfaction and retention.
Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, providing expert guidance on coverage options, renewals, and risk management strategies.
Collaborate with internal teams to deliver timely and accurate proposals, endorsements, and policy changes.
Maintain strong carrier relationships to negotiate competitive terms and resolve complex underwriting issues.
Identify opportunities for cross-selling and upselling additional lines of coverage.
Stay current on industry trends, regulatory changes, and market conditions.
Qualifications:

5+ years of experience in commercial lines insurance, preferably in an account executive or client-facing role.
Active Property & Casualty license required.
Proven ability to manage mid-market to large commercial accounts across various industries.
Strong communication, negotiation, and organizational skills.
Proficiency with agency management systems (e.g., AMS360, Applied Epic) and Microsoft Office Suite.
Preferred Attributes:

Experience with complex risk placements and layered programs.
Background in real estate, construction, or other specialized commercial sectors.
Leadership experience or interest in mentoring junior team members.
