Commercial Lines Account Manager (Must have P&C License)

The Account Manager is responsible for managing relationships with clients
during the policy year and ensuring their insurance needs are met. They are
expected to provide quick response times and regular updates to the client
throughout the service process.
Workload Book of Business handled $500,000 - $1,000,000 in Revenue.
Depending on the book and number of large accounts
Job Duties
Work with AE and Producer to complete quality complete submission and
information needed.
Provide leadership to other CL Account Managers and Account Assistants.
Regular contact with carriers (large accounts) and build relationships with
underwriters.
Must be the go-to problem solver for other commercial lines staff service
members.
Ability to handle all levels of Client interaction
Client
Interactions
Primarily interacting with Middle Market and larger accounts
Responding to coverage questions or requests for the client
Changes are needed to a policy, including but not limited to:
Auto additions and subtractions
New location
New equipment
Significant payroll changes
Providing insurance advice on current coverage
Resolving any issues or concerns that arise
Assisting the Risk Advisor or Account Executive with information gathering
for quoting
Updating client information before the policy renewal date

P&C License
Construction experience preferred
