We are currently seeking a dynamic and dedicated Commercial Lines Account Manager to join our team. This is a fantastic opportunity for an individual with a passion for insurance and a flair for customer service. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing a portfolio of commercial insurance accounts, ensuring our clients are provided with the best possible coverage for their businesses.


As a Commercial Lines Account Manager, you will be expected to:

  • Manage and maintain a portfolio of commercial insurance accounts, ensuring all client needs are met in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Analyze, assess, and address client's risk management needs to recommend suitable insurance coverage.
  • Prepare and present proposals for renewals and new business, demonstrating a clear understanding of clients' requirements.
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing exceptional customer service at all times.
  • Collaborate with underwriters and other insurance professionals to negotiate terms and conditions for clients.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, market activities, and product developments to provide accurate information to clients.
  • Handle all aspects of Commercial Lines Property & Casualty Insurance.
  • Resolve any policy related issues or concerns and ensure compliance with policy standards and guidelines.


The ideal candidate for the Commercial Lines Account Manager role should possess the following:

  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in commercial insurance, specifically in property and casualty.
  • Proven experience in account management, policy analysis, and risk management.
  • Exceptional customer service skills, with a strong ability to build and maintain client relationships.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to clearly convey complex insurance concepts to clients.
  • Strong analytical skills, with a keen eye for detail and the ability to make informed decisions based on data.
  • Proficiency in using insurance software systems and other computer applications.
  • A valid insurance license or the ability to obtain one upon hire.
  • A commitment to continuous professional development and learning in the insurance industry.
