Job Details

Overview: We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Commercial Lines Account Manager to join our team in Grand Rapids. This role involves managing and growing our commercial lines book of business, providing exceptional service to clients, and collaborating with carrier and broker partners.

Responsibilities:

Provide prompt and courteous service to clients, team members, carriers, and broker partners.
Retain and grow the commercial lines book of business.
Monitor monthly expiration lists and follow up on activities for all assigned accounts.
Quote new and renewal business.
Handle accounts in various sectors such as habitational, construction, architects and engineering, and excavating.
Manage accounts with premiums of $100K+.
Utilize EPIC software for account management.
Qualifications:

Property & Casualty (P&C) license is required.
At least 5 years of experience in the field.
Experience with EPIC software is preferred.
Strong knowledge of captive insurance market and standard market accounts.
Excellent communication and organizational skills.
