We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Permanent Commercial Lines Insurance Senior Account Manager to join our team. In this role, you will oversee and manage commercial lines insurance accounts, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring that all client needs are met. You will have the opportunity to work with a diverse portfolio of clients, ranging from small businesses to large corporations, and will play a key role in maintaining and growing our business.

Responsibilities:

As a Permanent Commercial Lines Insurance Senior Account Manager, your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

1. Managing a portfolio of commercial lines insurance accounts, ensuring that all client needs are met and expectations are exceeded.
2. Developing and maintaining strong relationships with clients, providing exceptional customer service and acting as the primary point of contact for all insurance-related inquiries.
3. Working closely with underwriters to negotiate policy terms and pricing, and to ensure that coverage is adequate and meets client needs.
4. Identifying opportunities for cross-selling and upselling, and working to grow the business through new client acquisition and existing client retention.
5. Keeping up-to-date with industry trends and developments, and ensuring that clients are informed and educated about their insurance options.
6. Ensuring that all client information is accurately recorded and maintained in our database, and that all documentation is in compliance with company policies and industry regulations.

Qualifications:

To be considered for the Permanent Commercial Lines Insurance Senior Account Manager position, candidates must possess the following qualifications:

1. A minimum of 5 years of experience in commercial lines insurance, with a focus on mid-market accounts.
2. Professional insurance designations such as CIC (Certified Insurance Counselor), CPCU (Chartered Property Casualty Underwriter), or AMIM (Associate in Marine Insurance Management) are required.
3. Exceptional customer service skills, with a proven ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
4. Strong negotiation skills, with a proven ability to work effectively with underwriters to secure favorable policy terms and pricing.
5. Excellent organizational skills, with a proven ability to manage a large portfolio of accounts and to prioritize tasks effectively.
6. Strong knowledge of the insurance industry, including an understanding of commercial lines insurance products and coverage options.
7. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with a proven ability to effectively communicate complex insurance information to clients.
