Job Details
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Commercial Lines Producer to join our retail brokerage team, with a focus on middle-market clients. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced producer who thrives on building relationships, solving complex risk management challenges, and delivering value-added insurance solutions to businesses across a variety of industries.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify, target, and develop new middle-market commercial clients through strategic prospecting and networking.
Understand client operations and industry-specific exposures to tailor comprehensive insurance programs.
Collaborate with account management and marketing teams to prepare proposals, quotes, and presentations.
Maintain strong client relationships and ensure high retention by delivering exceptional service and proactive account reviews.
Meet and exceed new business production goals and cross-sell opportunities.
Stay current on industry trends, carrier appetites, and competitive landscapes.
Qualifications:
3+ years of experience in commercial lines sales, preferably within a retail brokerage.
Proven track record of successful new business production in the middle market segment.
Strong knowledge of P&C insurance coverages and carrier markets.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Active Property & Casualty license required.
Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and collaboratively.
