Job Details

Handle complex commercial disputes from intake to resolution

Take depos, draft and argue motions, develop strategy — this is real litigation

3–7 years of commercial litigation experience preferred (not class actions or personal injury)

Must have strong writing chops and confidence in court

Looking for someone who has been trained well and wants to stay put

Ideal background: All years at the same firm, or very limited movement

NV bar preferred — or willingness to waive in quickly

Culture fit matters — smart, low-drama, team-oriented, can hold their own
