Job Details

We are seeking an experienced Commercial Litigation Associate to join our dynamic litigation practice.

Qualifications:

3–6 years of substantive commercial litigation experience at a well-regarded law firm.

Licensed and in good standing with state in which the office is located

Strong background in drafting litigation documents, including pleadings, motions, and discovery responses.

Demonstrated ability to manage case files, coordinate tasks, and maintain attention to detail under tight deadlines.

Excellent research, analytical, and writing skills.

Preferred Experience:

Exposure to depositions, hearings, and trial preparation.

Interest in gaining meaningful courtroom experience.
