Job Details

Handle complex civil litigation matters, including pre-suit strategy, discovery, motion practice, trial prep, and trial

Draft pleadings, motions, and legal memoranda with precision and clarity

Take and defend depositions, participate in mediations, and argue motions

Collaborate with senior attorneys across practice areas to support client goals

Stay responsive, solution-oriented, and grounded under pressure

Minimum 2 years of commercial litigation experience required

Must be licensed in Washington or eligible for waiver
