Job Details
- Assist with discovery requests and responses.
- Draft pre-trial motions, including dispositive motions.
- Attend Court conferences, hearings, depositions and ADR.
- Work closely and collaborate with other attorneys and partners.
- Interface with Clients and opposing counsel.
- Efficiently conduct legal research.
- Assist in the preparation of cases for trial.
