We are seeking an associate with 2-5 years of commercial litigation experience to handle all aspects of complex commercial litigation matters. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in state and federal courts in Connecticut, including handling discovery, depositions, pleadings, motions, and trial preparation. Prior experience as a judicial clerk is a plus, along with dual admission in the New York courts and experience with government and internal investigations.

Responsibilities:

Manage complex commercial litigation matters from inception to resolution.
Conduct legal research, draft pleadings, motions, and other legal documents.
Participate in discovery, take and defend depositions.
Collaborate with colleagues and clients to develop creative legal strategies.
Maintain effective communication with clients and team members.
Requirements:

2-5 years of solid commercial litigation experience.
Excellent technical, professional, and client service skills.
Strong written and verbal communication and advocacy skills.
Team-oriented with a collaborative mindset.
Effective problem-solving capabilities with the ability to work independently.
Connecticut bar admission in good standing (dual admission in NY is a plus).
