Job Details
Represent clients in all phases of commercial litigation, including case assessment, pleadings, discovery, motion practice, trial, and appeal.
Draft legal documents, including motions, briefs, memoranda, and client correspondence.
Conduct and manage depositions, court appearances, and client meetings.
Collaborate closely with senior attorneys and clients to develop effective case strategies.
J.D. from an accredited law school and licensed to practice in Arizona
3–6 years of commercial litigation experience, ideally with exposure to business torts, contract disputes, and/or securities litigation.
Exceptional legal research, writing, and analytical skills.
Strong courtroom presence and litigation instincts.
Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
Draft legal documents, including motions, briefs, memoranda, and client correspondence.
