Commercial Litigation Associate – Irvine, CA (Orange County)

We are seeking a Litigation Associate to join our Commercial Litigation group in the Orange County. Successful candidates will have a 4 - 6 years of experience as litigation associate, ideally in both State & Federal Court, researching and writing, drafting and leading hearings & motions, taking depositions, and general litigation support.
Qualifications

• Candidates must be barred in California, have outstanding academic credentials, and excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Comparable law firm and/or clerkship experience preferred.
• Qualified candidates will have experience conducting discovery, drafting pleadings and motions, witness preparation, and taking/ defending depositions preferred.

Our Commercial Litigation Group and Dispute Resolution & Restructuring Dept. serves a wide variety of clients in connection with many exciting and challenging matters in a dynamic environment.
