- Minimum of 4+ years of litigation experience in federal and state courts, focused on corporate and commercial disputes.
- Strong writing, research, and analytical skills with a proven track record of drafting pleadings, motions, and briefs.
- Hands-on experience with taking depositions, oral arguments, and witness preparation.
- Ability to manage cases independently while collaborating effectively within a team-oriented practice.
- Admission to the New York State Bar required; federal admission strongly preferred.
