Job Details
Responsibilities
- Handle commercial litigation cases from discovery through trial in banking, securities, fraud, and bankruptcy contexts
- Lead case strategy, drafting, motion practice, depositions, hearings
- Mentor and supervise junior associate work
- Collaborate closely with senior attorney on case planning and execution
- Maintain high standards of work product and legal analysis under tight deadlines
- High level of autonomy in decision-making and case ownership
- Chance to build leadership experience by mentoring younger attorneys
- Exposure to diverse and challenging commercial litigation matters
- Work under a well-respected senior litigator with deep experience
