**Responsibilities:**
* Independently evaluate, manage, and drive forward a diverse caseload of commercial litigation matters
* Conduct depositions, mediations, and court appearances, with opportunities to serve as first-chair at trial
* Draft legal briefs, motions, and pleadings, and engage in substantive legal research and strategy development
* Collaborate closely with attorneys and staff on case strategy and execution
* Maintain clear, professional communication with clients, including regular updates and strategic consultation
* Lead legal investigations and develop case arguments from multiple data and evidentiary sources
**Qualifications:**
* Licensed and in good standing with the State Bar of Texas
* 3+ years of commercial litigation experience, including handling complex matters
* Trial experience required; first-chair trial experience strongly preferred
* Demonstrated ability to manage multiple matters simultaneously with attention to detail
* Strong written and verbal communication skills, with experience presenting in court and communicating with clients
* Comfortable working full-time in person in a fast-paced, team-driven office environment
