We are seeking a seasoned and highly skilled Permanent Commercial Litigation Attorney to join our dynamic legal team. This is an excellent opportunity for a professional with a background in litigation and lending, who is looking to make a significant impact in a fast-paced, innovative environment. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing complex commercial litigation cases, demonstrating a high degree of competence in lending laws, and providing expert legal advice to our clients. Responsibilities:
1. Manage all phases of commercial litigation cases, from investigation, pleadings, and discovery to pre-trial, trial, settlement, and appeal.
2. Conduct thorough legal research and analysis to advise clients on their legal rights, obligations, and risks.
3. Develop litigation strategies and negotiate with opposing counsel to achieve favorable outcomes for our clients.
4. Draft, review, and revise a broad range of legal documents, including pleadings, motions, briefs, contracts, and agreements.
5. Represent clients in court hearings, arbitrations, mediations, and depositions.
6. Stay abreast of the latest developments in commercial litigation and lending laws to ensure compliance and provide the most accurate legal advice.
7. Collaborate with internal teams and external counsel to ensure a coordinated and effective approach to litigation.
8. Provide legal training to internal teams on commercial litigation and lending laws.

Qualifications:
1. Juris Doctorate degree from an accredited law school.
2. A minimum of 4 years of experience in commercial litigation with a focus on lending.
3. Admission to the state PA bar.
4. Proven track record of successfully managing complex commercial litigation cases.
5. Excellent knowledge of federal and state lending laws.
6. Strong negotiation, research, and analytical skills.
7. Superior written and verbal communication skills with the ability to explain complex legal issues in a clear and concise manner.
8. High ethical standards and professional integrity.
9. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
10. Detail-oriented with exceptional organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple cases simultaneously.
11. Proficiency in legal research software and Microsoft Office Suite.
12. A commitment to providing outstanding client service.
