A bit about us:
Mid-sized law firm seeks to add an experienced Litigation Attorney who has extensive Trial experience. The ideal candidate for this role will have previous experience as lead attorney/first chair on several trials (ideally 5+) as well as some jury trials. If you have a background with Construction, Real Estate, or Business/Commercial Litigation, we want to hear from you!

Job Details
Requirements:
- Licensed to practice law in Texas
- 7+ years of Litigation experience in Business, Construction, or Real Estate Litigation.
- Experience as lead attorney and/or first-chair for several trials, including some jury trials!
- Extensive experience with motion practice, pleadings, discoveries, etc.
- Bilingual English/Spanish is a huge plus!
