We are currently seeking a dynamic, dedicated, and experienced Litigation Attorney to join our team. This role offers an exciting opportunity to work in a fast-paced legal environment, where you will be responsible for managing complex litigation cases, developing litigation strategies, and representing clients in court. The successful candidate will have a proven track record of success in litigation, excellent negotiation skills, and a strong understanding of legal procedures. This position requires a minimum of 5 years of experience.

Responsibilities:
As a Litigation Attorney, you will be responsible for a variety of tasks including but not limited to:

1. Manage all phases of litigation from investigation, pleadings, and discovery to pre-trial, trial, settlement, and appeal.
2. Develop and implement complex litigation strategies to achieve optimal results for clients.
3. Represent clients in court, hearings, trials, and arbitration.
4. Conduct research, prepare legal documents, and draft pleadings, motions, briefs, and appeals.
5. Collaborate with other attorneys, paralegals, and legal assistants to ensure a coordinated and efficient approach to case management.
6. Advise clients on their legal rights and obligations, ensuring they understand the possible outcomes of their cases.
7. Keep abreast of changes in laws and regulations that may affect clients and their cases.
8. Maintain the highest level of professional and ethical standards.

Qualifications:
To be successful in this role, you will need the following qualifications:

1. Juris Doctorate (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
2. A minimum of 5 years of experience as a litigation attorney.
3. Must be licensed to practice law in the state.
4. Proven experience with hearing and trial preparation, motion practice.
5. Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
6. Strong oral and written communication skills, with the ability to present complex legal arguments clearly and persuasively.
7. Exceptional negotiation skills.
8. Ability to manage multiple cases and projects, with a strong attention to detail.
9. High level of professionalism and ethical standards.
10. Proficient in legal research software and Microsoft Office Suite.
