Responsibilities
Requirements
- Handle a diverse caseload of commercial and business litigation matters, including contract disputes and business torts
- Represent clients in construction-related disputes such as defect claims, lien enforcement, and delays
- Support real estate transactions and disputes, including due diligence, title review, and closing assistance
- Draft and negotiate commercial documents such as loan agreements, leases, and purchase contracts
- Represent clients in court, arbitration, and mediation throughout Florida
- Work directly with clients on legal strategy, risk management, and document negotiation
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree and J.D. from an accredited law school with at least 3 years of experience
- Licensed and in good standing with the Florida Bar
- Litigation background with experience in commercial, real estate, or construction disputes
- Exposure to commercial real estate and/or secured financing is strongly preferred
- Strong writing, negotiation, and organizational skills
- Ability to handle multiple files and collaborate across practice areas
