Job Details

Our commercial litigation practice handles complex, high-stakes disputes for business clients, executives, and institutions, often involving substantial exposure, expedited timelines, and legally and factually intricate issues. Attorneys are involved throughout the full lifecycle of a matter, from early case assessment through resolution, and work closely with clients to develop litigation strategies aligned with both legal objectives and business realities.

Attorneys in this role will have the opportunity to handle substantive motion practice, written discovery, depositions, case strategy, client counseling, hearings, expert coordination, settlement analysis, arbitration, and trial preparation. The team regularly manages matters that require strong analytical ability, sound business judgment, and the ability to synthesize complex facts into clear and persuasive advocacy.

Practice areas may involve one or more of the following:

  • Commercial and contract disputes
  • Shareholder and partner disputes
  • Directors’ and officers’ liability matters
  • Employment disputes
  • Construction litigation, liens, and arbitration
  • Errors and omissions liability
  • Franchise and automotive dealership disputes
  • Insurance coverage disputes
  • Restrictive covenant and unfair competition matters
  • Tortious interference and other business torts
  • Preliminary injunctions, temporary restraining orders, and other equitable relief
  • Fraud and New Jersey Consumer Fraud Act claims

Looking For:

  • J.D. from an accredited law school
  • Active New Jersey bar admission
  • 2+ years of litigation experience
  • Experience in one or more of the following preferred: commercial litigation, contract disputes, shareholder or partnership disputes, employment litigation, construction litigation, insurance coverage, business torts, fraud, restrictive covenants, or injunctive relief
