Job Details
Our commercial litigation practice handles sophisticated business disputes that often involve multiple parties, jurisdictions, and complex financial or legal issues.

- Breach of contract and general business disputes
- Shareholder and partnership disputes
- Tortious interference and other business torts
- Directors’ and officers’ liability (D&O)
- Restrictive covenant and trade secret litigation
- Franchise and dealership disputes
- Construction litigation and lien enforcement
- Insurance coverage disputes involving commercial policies
- Fraud, misrepresentation, and NJ Consumer Fraud Act claims
- Injunctive and equitable relief (TROs, preliminary and permanent injunctions)
Looking For:
- J.D. and active license in New Jersey
- Minimum 2+ years of commercial or complex business litigation experience
- Experience in one or more of the above practice areas preferred
