Job Details

We're looking for a commercial litigation associate with 4–7 years of law firm experience to join our expanding Dallas practice. Day-to-day, you'll work on complex business disputes from investigation through trial — researching and drafting motions, taking and defending depositions, managing discovery, communicating with clients, and contributing to trial strategy and preparation.
You must have:

  • Active Texas Bar admission (required — non-negotiable)
  • 4–7 years of commercial litigation experience, all at a law firm (in-house or government backgrounds will not be considered)
  • Demonstrated deposition experience
  • Strong legal writing — you'll be evaluated on it
  • Current Dallas/DFW presence or ability to commute; this role is onsite

Nice to have: Trial experience of any kind — first or second chair, bench or jury.
