Job Details
Responsibilities:
Handle complex commercial litigation cases from inception through resolution.
Conduct legal research, draft pleadings, motions, and briefs.
Manage discovery, including depositions, document production, and interrogatories.
Represent clients in court hearings, trials, and mediations.
Provide strategic legal advice to clients and develop case strategies.
Collaborate with other attorneys and support staff to ensure effective case management.
Qualifications:
Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
Admission to the state bar and in good standing.
3-5 years of experience in commercial litigation.
Strong legal research, writing, and analytical skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to manage multiple cases and meet deadlines.
Proficiency in case management software and legal research tools.
