Job Details
We are seeking an experienced Business Litigation Attorney to join our legal team. The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of business/commercial litigation experience. Experience in employment law would make you a standout!

- Represent clients in court proceedings, including trials, hearings, and arbitrations
- Draft legal documents, including pleadings, motions, and briefs
- Manage discovery, including document production, interrogatories, and depositions
- Negotiate settlements and participate in alternative dispute resolution processes
- Advise clients on legal and business risks and opportunities
- Work collaboratively with other attorneys and staff to provide the best possible legal representation to clients
- Manage client relationships and communicate effectively with clients throughout the litigation process
Qualifications:
- Juris Doctorate degree from acclaimed law school
- Admission to Minnesota bar
- 3-8 years of litigation experience (business/commercial or employment law)
- Trial, arbitration, and appellate work
- Interest in high profile litigation is preferred
