We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Commercial Litigation Attorney to join our esteemed legal team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing a variety of complex commercial litigation matters and disputes, providing legal advice, and representing our clients in court. This role offers an exciting opportunity to handle high-stakes litigation in a collaborative and fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:
1. Manage all phases of complex commercial litigation, including drafting pleadings, discovery, motion practice, trial preparation, and trial.
2. Provide legal advice and guidance on a wide range of commercial issues, including contract disputes, business torts, insurance coverage, and regulatory compliance.
3. Represent the company and its clients in court, arbitration, mediation, and administrative proceedings.
4. Develop and implement litigation strategies that align with our clients' business objectives.
5. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure the accurate and timely preparation of legal documents.
6. Conduct thorough legal research and analysis to support case preparation.
7. Maintain current knowledge of changes in legislation and case law that may impact our clients.
8. Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing them with regular case updates and legal advice.
9. Collaborate with outside counsel when necessary, managing their work product and costs effectively.
10. Ensure strict confidentiality and privacy of client records and information at all times.

Qualifications:
1. Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
2. Admission to the state bar and in good standing.
3. A minimum of 3+ years of experience as a Commercial Litigation Attorney, with a strong focus on commercial litigation and insurance coverage.
4. Proven track record of successfully managing and resolving complex commercial litigation matters.
5. Excellent legal research, analytical, negotiation, and advocacy skills.
6. Proficiency in legal research tools and software.
7. Exceptional attention to detail and the ability to work effectively under pressure.
8. Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to maintain strong relationships with clients and work collaboratively with a team.
9. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
10. High level of professional ethics and integrity.
11. Ability to travel as needed for court appearances, depositions, client meetings, and other business-related matters.
