This role is an excellent opportunity for a seasoned Commercial Litigation Attorney who is looking to advance their career in a challenging and rewarding environment. - Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
- A minimum of 5 years of experience as a Commercial Litigation Attorney.
- Admitted to the state bar and in good standing.
- Proven background in civil, bankruptcy, mechanics lien, foreclosure, and construction.
- Excellent negotiation, research, and communication skills.
- Strong analytical ability, critical thinking, and attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities, projects, and relationships simultaneously.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and legal research software.
- Knowledge of the Tech Services industry is a plus.
