- Education: Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.
- Licensure: Admission to the New York State Bar.
- 3+ years commercial litigation experience in practice areas including corporate & securities, financial services, commercial litigation, health care, real estate, employment, and trusts & estates.
- Litigation experience including: taking and/or defending depositions; appearing in court; drafting pleadings, motions and related submissions, and discovery demands and responses; and conducting legal research.
