As a Commercial Litigation Attorney, your key duties will include:
1. Representing clients in all aspects of commercial litigation, including but not limited to contract disputes, business torts, partnership and shareholder disputes, and intellectual property litigation.
2. Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating complex commercial agreements.
3. Conducting in-depth research and analysis of legal issues and precedents relevant to specific cases.
4. Advising clients on their legal rights and obligations, potential risks, and the best strategies to mitigate these risks.

6. Collaborating with other attorneys in the firm to develop effective litigation strategies and streamline processes.

To be considered for this role, you should possess the following qualifications:
1. Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
2. Membership in good standing with a state Bar.
3. A minimum of 5 years of experience in commercial litigation, with a proven track record of success.
4. Proficient in litigation and legal research tools.
5. Excellent negotiation, problem-solving, and communication skills.
6. Ability to manage multiple cases and deadlines without compromising on quality.
7. Strong understanding of business operations and commercial laws.
8. High ethical standards and professionalism in dealing with clients, colleagues, and the court.
9. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
10. Strong analytical skills, with the ability to think strategically and make sound decisions based on thorough research and analysis.
