JD or similar plus:
- 3+ Years of Business Litigation experience
- Experience with Business disputes, IP, bankruptcy, partnership, shareholder, or trade secret litigation
- Experience with employment ( wage & hour, harassment, discrimination) , product liability, or lemon law litigation is a plus
- Transactional experience is a plus
- Active and in good standing with the Bar in California
A day in the life:
- Discovery, research, and document review
- Hybrid, 4 days a week in beautiful office,-5 minutes from the airport and across from a world class fitness facility
- Drafting motions, depositions, interviewing witness
- Opportunity to sit third chair or second for more experienced attorneys
- 155 hour billables- if you exceed - bonusses are very lucrative
