Responsibilities:
- Manage a diverse caseload of commercial litigation matters, focusing on HOA and real estate disputes.
- Represent clients in court, arbitration, and mediation proceedings.
- Conduct thorough legal research to support case preparation and strategy development.
- Draft and review legal documents, including pleadings, motions, briefs, discovery requests, and responses.
- Provide sound legal advice to clients, ensuring their interests are protected at all times.
- Collaborate with other attorneys and paralegals to ensure the effective and efficient resolution of cases.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of relevant laws, regulations, and legal trends.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, demonstrating a commitment to their success.
Job Details
Qualifications:
- Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
- Admission to the state bar.
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in commercial litigation, with a focus on HOA and real estate law.
- Proven track record of success in managing complex litigation cases from inception to resolution.
- Excellent legal research, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Exceptional negotiation and dispute resolution skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to explain complex legal concepts to clients in a clear and understandable manner.
- High level of professionalism and ethical standards.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficient in the use of legal research tools and software.
- Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple cases and deadlines concurrently.
