We’re looking for a talented Commercial Litigation Associate with 2-5 years of experience to join our team. You’ll need to be licensed in Pennsylvania and comfortable navigating both state and federal courts. Strong academic credentials, legal research, and writing skills are a must, as is a knack for managing diverse litigation cases.

In this role, you’ll be:

Analyzing case facts and performing in-depth legal research and writing
Drafting pleadings, engaging in motion practice, and preparing for/taking depositions
Supporting trial counsel with comprehensive litigation assistance
Handling a broad range of cases from corporate disputes to real estate and collections
