We are seeking a seasoned Permanent Commercial Litigation Attorney to join our dynamic legal team. The successful candidate will have a proven track record in handling complex commercial litigation cases, including jury trials, bench trials, and complex motions. This role requires a minimum of 5 years of experience in commercial litigation.

1. Manage all aspects of complex commercial litigation including, but not limited to, drafting and reviewing pleadings, discovery, and motions.
2. Represent clients in court proceedings including jury trials, bench trials, and hearings.
3. Develop and implement litigation strategy for complex commercial cases.
4. Conduct extensive legal research and analysis on various legal issues related to commercial litigation.
5. Advise clients on their legal rights and obligations, as well as the potential legal implications of their business decisions.

Qualifications:
The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications:

1. Juris Doctorate from an accredited law school.
2. Admission to the Texas state bar.
3. 3-7 years of experience in commercial litigation.
4. Proven experience with jury trials, bench trials, and complex motions.
5. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
