Qualifications:

- Handle a variety of business litigation and employment defense matters
- Draft pleadings, motions, discovery, and legal memoranda
- Participate in all phases of litigation, including depositions, mediations, hearings, and trials
- Represent clients in court and arbitration proceedings
- Assist with case strategy and client communication
- Collaborate with senior attorneys and partners on complex litigation matters
Qualifications:
- J.D. and licensed to practice in California
- Minimum 3 years of experience, with a focus on commercial litigation and/or employment defense
- Experience in all stages of litigation, including depositions, law and motion, and trial preparation
- Strong legal research and writing skills
- Military | JAG legal experience considered instead of private practice litigation
