We are seeking a dynamic, highly-skilled Commercial Litigation Partner to join our prestigious legal team. Responsibilities:

As a Permanent Commercial Litigation Partner, your responsibilities will include:

1. Managing a diverse portfolio of commercial litigation matters, including contract disputes, shareholder disputes, intellectual property disputes, and competition law matters.
2. Providing strategic advice to clients on all aspects of commercial litigation, including risk management, dispute resolution, and court proceedings.
3. Representing clients in court, at arbitration hearings, and in mediations.
4. Preparing and reviewing pleadings, motions, briefs, and other legal documents.
5. Conducting thorough legal research and analysis to support case preparation and strategy development.
6. Collaborating with colleagues to develop and implement effective litigation strategies.
7. Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, ensuring their needs are met and their interests are protected.
8. Contributing to the firm's business development efforts, including participating in client pitches and networking events.

Qualifications:

The ideal candidate for the Permanent Commercial Litigation Partner position will have the following qualifications:

1. A Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
2. Admitted to practice law in the relevant jurisdiction.
3. A minimum of 10 years of experience as a Commercial Litigator, with a proven track record of successfully managing complex commercial litigation matters. Must carry a portable book of business.
4. Exceptional legal research and writing skills.
5. Strong negotiation and advocacy skills.
6. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
7. A strategic thinker, with the ability to provide practical, business-focused legal advice.
8. A commitment to maintaining the highest ethical and professional standards.
9. A self-starter, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
10. A desire to contribute to the growth and success of our commercial litigation practice.
