As a Permanent Commercial or Personal Lines Insurance Agent, you will play a crucial role in our Accounting + Finance industry team. This is a unique opportunity for a seasoned insurance professional to use their expertise in a dynamic and highly collaborative environment. You will be responsible for generating new business, maintaining existing clients, and providing top-notch service to our customers. This role requires a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience and an active insurance license.

Responsibilities:

1. Develop and implement strategies to generate new business opportunities in the commercial and personal lines of insurance.
2. Maintain a strong understanding of various insurance products and their benefits to effectively communicate to clients.
3. Conduct comprehensive risk assessments to determine the insurance needs of potential clients.
4. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.
5. Collaborate with underwriters to negotiate coverage terms, conditions, and pricing.
6. Provide clients with thorough and accurate quotes for various insurance products.
7. Assist clients in processing claims and act as a liaison between clients and insurance companies during the claims process.
8. Stay up-to-date with industry trends, regulatory changes, and advancements in technology to provide the highest level of service and expertise.
9. Participate in ongoing professional development and training to maintain current knowledge and licensing requirements.

Qualifications:

1. Must hold an active insurance license.
2. Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Commercial or Personal Lines Insurance Agent.
3. Proven track record of generating new business and maintaining a client base.
4. Exceptional customer service skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
5. Strong negotiation skills and the ability to effectively communicate complex insurance concepts to clients.
6. Comprehensive knowledge of various commercial and personal lines of insurance products.
7. Ability to perform risk assessments and provide accurate quotes to clients.
8. Proficient in using technology for client management and data analysis.
9. Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to handle high-pressure situations with professionalism.
10. Willingness to participate in ongoing professional development and training to maintain current knowledge and licensing requirements.
