Responsibilities:
Requirements:
- Coordinate labor/work/materials/equipment, ensure jobsite safety/quality/profitability, schedule, read blueprints to finish scopes of work, client management/relationships, bulk orders/storage, control costs, and hiring/training
- Will be working on projects throughout Southern California
- Projects include commercial, retail, offices, healthcare, and K-12/higher-ed
Requirements:
- 4+ years of experience as a Superintendent on Southern California commercial painting projects
- Must have experience supervising crews of 10+ Painters
- Must pass background and driving record check
- Strongly prefer someone that is fluent in English and Spanish
- Ability to use MS Office
