Job Details

What You'll Be Doing:
  • Manage day-to-day operations for a portfolio of office, retail, and mixed-use properties
  • Oversee tenant relations, including lease administration, renewals, and customer service
  • Coordinate maintenance, repairs, and capital improvement projects
  • Prepare and manage operating budgets, financial reports, and CAM reconciliations
  • Negotiate vendor contracts and supervise service providers
  • Conduct regular property inspections to maintain high standards of quality and presentation
  • Work closely with ownership and leadership to drive NOI growth and asset value

What You Bring to the Table:
  • 5+ years of experience in commercial property management
  • Solid understanding of building operations, budgeting, and lease administration
  • Experience managing office, retail, or mixed-use assets preferred
  • Strong financial acumen (budgets, variance reports, CAM reconciliations)
  • Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and build strong tenant/vendor relationships
  • Bachelor's degree preferred but not required
  • Proficiency with property management software (Yardi, MRI, or similar) is a plus
