What You'll Be Doing:
What You Bring to the Table:
- Manage day-to-day operations for a portfolio of office, retail, and mixed-use properties
- Oversee tenant relations, including lease administration, renewals, and customer service
- Coordinate maintenance, repairs, and capital improvement projects
- Prepare and manage operating budgets, financial reports, and CAM reconciliations
- Negotiate vendor contracts and supervise service providers
- Conduct regular property inspections to maintain high standards of quality and presentation
- Work closely with ownership and leadership to drive NOI growth and asset value
What You Bring to the Table:
- 5+ years of experience in commercial property management
- Solid understanding of building operations, budgeting, and lease administration
- Experience managing office, retail, or mixed-use assets preferred
- Strong financial acumen (budgets, variance reports, CAM reconciliations)
- Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and build strong tenant/vendor relationships
- Bachelor's degree preferred but not required
- Proficiency with property management software (Yardi, MRI, or similar) is a plus
