Job Details

What You’ll Do:
  • Represent sellers, buyers, borrowers, lenders, and preferred equity investors
  • Handle commercial real estate sales, acquisitions, development, and financings
  • Negotiate and draft loan documents, purchase agreements, and related contracts
  • Advise on preferred equity investments, debt restructurings, and CMBS loans (a plus)
  • Conduct due diligence, title review, and coordinate closings

What We’re Looking For:
  • 3–6 years of experience in real estate and commercial finance law at a law firm
  • Strong drafting, negotiation, and analytical skills
  • Excellent academic credentials (JD from a well-respected U.S. law school)
  • Proactive, detail-oriented, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong interpersonal skills and a collaborative, team-oriented mindset
  • Must be admitted (or eligible for admission) to the Pennsylvania Bar
