Job Details

We are a transactional law firm is seeking a senior Commercial Real Estate Attorney with at least 10 years of experience to join its expanding team. This role requires significant experience in handling complex real estate transactions, including acquisitions, dispositions, development, commercial leasing, and especially real estate finance. The ideal candidate will have a background representing borrowers and/or lenders and be comfortable managing deals from start to finish.

Qualifications:

Minimum 10 years of experience in commercial real estate transactions

Strong lending experience, including loan origination, refinancing, and restructuring

Excellent drafting, negotiation, and client service skills

Active license to practice in Massachusetts (required)

High preference for candidates with an existing book of business or strong industry connections and a demonstrated interest in developing one
