We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Commercial Real Estate Attorney to join our dynamic legal team. The successful candidate will play an integral role in our organization, providing legal support and guidance in various commercial real estate matters. With your comprehensive knowledge of commercial real estate law, you will handle complex transactions, provide legal advice to our clients, and ensure the legality of commercial transactions. This position offers an excellent opportunity to contribute to a thriving team and work on high-profile projects.

Responsibilities

As a Commercial Real Estate Attorney, your responsibilities will include but are not limited to:

1. Representing and advising clients in the negotiation and drafting of commercial real estate transactions including purchase and sale agreements, leases, and financing documents.
2. Conducting comprehensive due diligence reviews of commercial real estate transactions, including analysis of title and survey, environmental issues, and property and project financials.
3. Representing REITs, developers, and landowners in various commercial real estate matters.
4. Providing legal guidance on complex commercial real estate matters, including acquisitions, dispositions, leasing, and financing.
5. Drafting and negotiating loan documents and managing the closing process.
6. Advising clients on the structuring of real estate transactions to achieve optimal tax results.
7. Working collaboratively with our team to develop strategies to manage legal risk and to achieve client’s business objectives.

Qualifications

The ideal candidate for the Commercial Real Estate Attorney position will have the following qualifications:

1. Juris Doctorate (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.
2. Minimum of 3 years of experience in commercial real estate law, preferably with a focus on REITs, developers, and landowners.
3. Admission to the Pennsylvania bar
4. Extensive experience in drafting and negotiating commercial real estate contracts, including purchase and sale agreements, lease agreements, and loan documents.
5. Proven ability to manage and conduct due diligence in commercial real estate transactions.
6. Strong understanding of title and survey analysis.
7. Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
8. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
9. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to make decisions based on accurate and timely analysis.
10. High level of integrity and professionalism.
