Qualifications:
1. Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
2. Must be a licensed attorney in good standing.
3. Minimum of 5 years of experience in commercial real estate law, with a particular focus on land use.
4. Proven track record of handling complex commercial real estate transactions.
5. Extensive knowledge of real estate law, including land use and zoning regulations.
6. Excellent negotiation, drafting, and verbal/written communication skills.
7. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
8. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
9. High degree of professional ethics and integrity.
10. Exceptional attention to detail and ability to work under pressure.
