The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years of experience in commercial real estate law, demonstrating a strong track record in handling complex transactions and providing strategic legal counsel to clients.
Key Responsibilities:
Draft, review, and negotiate commercial real estate agreements, including purchase and sale agreements, leases, and financing documents.
Conduct thorough due diligence and manage all aspects of commercial real estate transactions.
Advise clients on legal issues related to commercial real estate development, zoning, land use, and regulatory compliance.
Collaborate with other attorneys and staff to provide comprehensive legal solutions.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends and legal developments in commercial real estate.

Job Details
Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
Admission to the Florida Bar and in good standing.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in commercial real estate law.
Proven ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
Excellent analytical, negotiation, and communication skills.
Strong commitment to client service and ethical standards
