Job Details
Requirements:
- J.D. from an accredited law school
- Admission to practice in New York
- 2+ years of litigation experience, with a focus on commercial real estate disputes
- Strong knowledge of zoning, land use, and municipal law
- Experience with motion practice, discovery, depositions, and court appearances
- Excellent legal research, writing, and oral advocacy skills
- Ability to manage multiple matters and deadlines independently
- Demonstrated client service and business development acumen
