Job Details

Responsibilities:
  • Assisting in drafting, reviewing, and proofreading legal documents related to commercial real estate transactions, including purchase and sale agreements, lease agreements, financing documents, and closing documents.
  • Conducting comprehensive due diligence investigations for commercial real estate transactions, including reviewing title reports, surveys, and other due diligence materials.
  • Assisting in the formation and organization of various types of entities, including corporations, partnerships, and limited liability companies.
  • Coordinating and assisting with the closing of commercial real estate transactions, including preparing closing checklists, coordinating with all parties involved in the transaction, and ensuring that all closing documents are properly executed and delivered.
  • Organizing and maintaining files for all commercial real estate transactions.


Qualifications:
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience as a paralegal in the commercial real estate sector.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of commercial real estate law and transactions.
  • Demonstrated experience in entity formation and organization.
  • Proficiency in reviewing and understanding title reports and surveys.
  • Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • High level of professionalism and discretion.
  • Proficiency in using legal software and Microsoft Office Suite.
