As a HVAC Technician, you will be responsible for the installation, maintenance, and repair of HVAC systems in a variety of commercial settings. Responsibilities:

• Install, maintain, and repair HVAC systems, including air conditioning, heating, and ventilation units.
• Perform routine preventive maintenance to ensure that machines continue to run smoothly and systems operate efficiently.
• Diagnose and repair issues with HVAC systems, including troubleshooting complex problems to provide the best possible solution.
• Understand and implement a variety of HVAC systems, including refrigeration systems.
• Deliver excellent customer service, ensuring all technical questions and concerns are addressed in a timely and professional manner.
• Collaborate with team members and other departments to ensure the successful completion of projects.
• Adhere to all safety policies and procedures, and consistently maintain clean and safe work areas.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest HVAC trends and technologies, participating in regular training and professional development opportunities as needed.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 3 years of experience as a HVAC Technician in the construction industry or a related field.
• Broad knowledge of HVAC systems, including installation, maintenance, and repair.
• Proficient in troubleshooting complex HVAC issues and providing effective solutions.
• Exceptional customer service skills, with a demonstrated ability to communicate technical information in a clear and understandable way.
• Strong understanding of refrigeration systems and commercial HVAC.
• Excellent repair skills, with a keen attention to detail and a commitment to quality.
• Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and meet deadlines.
• Proven ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
• Strong commitment to adhering to safety procedures and maintaining a clean work environment.
• Must hold a valid driver's license and have reliable transportation.
• HVAC certification is strongly preferred.
