Are you an experienced Commercial Solar Superintendent seeking an exciting new opportunity? We are a leading player in the Tech Services industry, seeking a dynamic, motivated, and experienced individual to join our team as a Permanent Commercial Solar Superintendent. This position will require travel within California. The ideal candidate will have a solid foundation in commercial solar, project management, budgeting, and scheduling. This is a fantastic opportunity to work within a fast-paced, innovative environment, where your work will make a significant impact on our business and the environment.

Responsibilities:

As our Commercial Solar Superintendent, your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

1. Overseeing all aspects of commercial solar projects, from initial planning to completion.
2. Ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
3. Coordinating and managing all project resources, including materials, labor, and equipment.
4. Developing and maintaining project schedules, and identifying and managing any potential risks or delays.
5. Collaborating with project managers, engineers, and other key stakeholders to ensure project success.
6. Conducting regular site inspections to ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.
7. Providing regular project updates to senior management, including progress reports, budget updates, and any challenges or issues.
8. Managing relationships with subcontractors and suppliers, ensuring all work is completed to the required standard.
9. Implementing and promoting sustainable and environmentally friendly practices on all projects.

Qualifications:

To be considered for this position, you will need:

1. A minimum of 5 years of experience as a Commercial Solar Superintendent, Project Manager, or similar role within the commercial solar industry.
2. Proven experience managing commercial solar projects from start to finish, including budgeting, scheduling, and resource management.
3. Excellent project management skills, with a track record of delivering projects on time and on budget.
4. Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and manage a diverse team.
5. Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and manage risks and issues.
6. Strong knowledge of safety and quality standards within the commercial solar industry.
7. Excellent communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with a range of stakeholders.
8. A commitment to sustainable and environmentally friendly practices.
9. The ability to travel within California as required.
