Position Overview

We are seeking a Commercial Superintendent with extensive interior construction experience to oversee daily field operations on commercial renovation and tenant improvement projects. The ideal candidate thrives in occupied environments, maintains strong subcontractor relationships, and consistently delivers projects safely, on schedule, and at a high level of quality.

Qualifications
  • 10+ years of commercial construction experience
  • Strong interior build-out, renovation, and tenant improvement experience
  • Experience managing subcontractors and field schedules
  • Ability to read and interpret plans and specifications
  • Strong safety and quality control background
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
