Job Details

Job Details / Responsibilities:

Oversee day-to-day field operations for commercial construction projects
Manage subcontractors, crews, materials, and schedules to ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to quality standards
Coordinate with project managers, architects, engineers, and clients to resolve issues and maintain clear communication
Enforce safety protocols, quality control, and compliance with building codes and regulations
Conduct regular site inspections, progress tracking, and reporting to stakeholders
Handle change orders, problem-solving, and resource allocation to keep projects on track
Foster a positive, productive site environment while delivering precise, high-craftsmanship results

Qualifications:

5–10 years of experience as a Superintendent or similar role in commercial construction
Proven experience with metal building construction and/or mini storage/self-storage facility projects preferred
Strong knowledge of construction processes, scheduling, budgeting, and subcontractor management
Ability to read and interpret blueprints, specifications, and contracts
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation for site work
Commitment to safety, quality, and on-time project delivery
